Arrow Turret
Install a turret that rapidly fires an arrow every 0.5 seconds at the nearest single targeted enemy.
* The turret of the caster can be installed up to 4 turrets without duplication
* If the same turret of the caster is installed, the existing turret will be removed and reinstalled.
* If the caster installs more than four turrets, the turret with the shortest remaining duration is removed and a new turret is installed.
* The turret of other Engineers can be installed with duplication
