Lightning Turret
Deploy a turret that deals damage and randomly {#005060}[Stun] targets in its range for a second every 1.5 seconds.
{#005060}Certain bosses are immune to Stun (ex; Weekly Boss etc.)
* The turret of the caster can be installed up to 4 turrets without duplication.
* If the same turret of the caster is installed, the existing turret will be removed and reinstalled.
* If the caster installs more than four turrets, the turret with the shortest remaining duration is removed and a new turret is installed.
* The turret of other Engineers can be installed with duplication.
