Restores the HP of a designated party member. The amount of HP restored depends on the caster's healing values.

Repeated Heal use increases SP consumption that is dependent on the player's SPR stat.

* Priest: Decreases SP consumption by 25, [Heal: Overload] Decreases Duration by 0.3 seconds, increases Heal Factor by 5%

* Pardoner: Decreases SP consumption by 50

* Plague Doctor: Decreases [Heal: Overload] Duration by 0.7 seconds

* Kabbalist: Increases Heal Factor by 10%
