The statue also reduces enemies' movement speed.(The final efficiency of the 'decreases skill cooldown' effect decreases when the basic ATK of the caster is lower compared to the basic ATK of the target. Not applied to ATK increased by buff.)
20~30 seconds delay is given when the caster leaves the party or logs out and if they do not return in time, the buff disappears.
